General Terms & Conditions

All commercial licenses share the same restriction that you are not allowed to redistribute the source code or compiled code. Note that this only applies to the server side code, you are always free to distribute any client API's since they will be a part of your end user product.

Cubeia Firebase comes in three editions, the Community, Standard and Enterprise Edition. The Standard and Enerprise Editions can be licensed commercially from Cubeia, whereas the Community Edition is licensed under the open source license AGPL.

The following restrictions apply:

• The Community Edition is licensed under AGPL. This license permits any use that in not indirect violation of the aforementioned license.
• The Standard Edition can be commercially licensed from Cubeia with the exception of installations that requires a license with an authorized gambling authority; such installations are restricted to the Enterprise Edition license. Prices are available in the official price list above.
• The Enterprise Edition can be commercially licensed from Cubeia. This includes installations which requires a license with an authorized gambling authority. Prices are available on request from Cubeia.

Cubeia Network comes in two distinct licenses, Community Edition and Enterprise Edition. The isolated design of Cubeia Network means that you should not be affected by the AGPL restrictions unless you start to modify the actual services themselves.

• The Community Edition is licensed under AGPL. This license permits any use that in not indirect violation of the aforementioned license.
• The Enterprise Edition can be commercially licensed from Cubeia. This includes installations which requires a license with an authorized gambling authority. Prices are available in the official price list above.
