A GEM installation deals with tracking experiences, mood, and statistics of individual customers. Events in the system are posted to the installation which creates an aggregated view of the customer’s experience. The data can be analysed to enable fine grained and targeted customer service.

Can You Find the Gems?

In a game network there's a lot of information that can be more or less hard to get your hands on. Cubeia GEM utilizes complex event processing to find you the information you may not otherwise find. 

• Winning or losing streak, per client in real time.
• Average rake, with drill down per game and/or client, in real time
• Freeroll and Tournament retainment, i. e. the ratio of kicked players that stayed in the system
• Average rake per campaign, with drill down per game, in real time
• Top raking players that have little commitment to the system

The above is only a subset of the data provided by GEM for each operator in a network. 

Two Levels of Data Mining

Cubeia GEM provides real time data for monitoring, but all significant events are also stored in a database for further processing by conventional data mining tools. In this view the GEM processing acts like a refinement of events in the system, and saves those that really matters.
